POLYURETHANE FOOD GRADE BELT

Polyurethane food grade belting generally meets FDA and HACCP quality standards.
Some properties of polyurethane belts include low temperature use (down to -40C), suitability for knife edge and small diameter rollers, resistance to grease and oils and excellent release properties.
The major property of HACCP type belts is that they don’t provide nutrient bases for micro-organisms to survive. HACCP type belts are resistant to hot water, cleaning agents and disinfectants. This allows many cleaning cycles without contamination and damage to the top transport layer of the belt.
