LONGITUDINAL GROOVE
Our Longitudinal Groove (LG) PVC belt has the best surface adhesion and positive drive of all similar belts we have used over 20 years. There is a tack in the top coat that makes this belt very suitable for empty carton elevator belts in the agricultural sector. A good example is the output elevator belt of a carton making machine.
Similar LG belts have been replaced with this belt in the past as it offers the best grip.
We also use this LG belt where a carton needs a positive drive or track off to go around a corner or to get away from other cartons.
The surface of this belt must be cleaned occasionally with warm water to eliminate dust. Solvents and chemical cleaners are unnecessary.
